The Bergen 4-H Club is a dynamic and inclusive organization dedicated to fostering leadership, citizenship, and life skills in young people. As part of the national 4-H program in connection with Rutgers University and supported by the United States Department Of Agriculture, we provide a supportive environment where members can explore their interests, develop new skills, and make lifelong friendships.

Get your hands dirty and grow your own lettuce, corn, pumpkins and more! Participate in a year-round club with activities in Bergen's horticulture department greenhouse.

Become a student leader

The 4-H Club allows you to participate in professional development workshops, that will allow you to hone your skills as a student leader, that you can carry with you even beyond your time at Bergen Community College

Participate in field trips in industries all across STEM and Agricultural disciplines
